Building and designing a speculative build that stands out and makes your buyer get that “I must have this house” feeling the first time they see it is an incredibly worthwhile challenge. We consider the crews who we employ to be my teammates on site. We share ideas and work together, from our individual and shared experiences, to create beautiful features in the home. We travel far and wide, sourcing many of the rare pieces in the homes from our Canadian suppliers with access to unique European brands we don’t have much exposure to in the US. There are many “ahead of the curve“ ideas we get exposed to in Canada and Europe that we try to integrate in our homes to present to you one of the most unique homes you can find on the open market. On top of the attention to design, we put just as much care into quality. Delivering a well-built piece of art - with tons of heart - that you can call your home is the most rewarding achievement.
